Royal Oak to consider two-way traffic in front of post office (The Oakland Press)

A first-time patron of the U.S. Post Office in downtown Royal Oak, Al McMillan of Novi cautiously and quickly crossed Second Street. As a pedestrian, he had the right of way but he couldn’t be sure the two drivers heading toward him knew that.
