A royal-obsessed law student has revealed how she imitates Kate Middleton’s style and even bought a £30 copy of her famous engagement ring to complete the look.
Super fan Larsa Rasho, 23, from Arizona, looks to the Duchess of Cambridge, 37, to inspire her looks, and uploads pictures of them to her Instagram account.
The royal devotee has even sent four letters to Kensington Palace, and received replies signed by Kate’s personal secretary.
Larsa Rasho, 23, from Arizona, left, is so royal-obsessed that she copies Kate Middleton’s style. She is pictured here wearing a Kate-inspired green coat and brown hat with broach and fake £30 engagement ring, inspired by the Duchess of Cambridge’s green coat, brown hat, sparkling clover broach and ring that she wore for a parade on Saint Patrick’s day in Aldershot, England, in 2012, right
‘After the engagement I bought a £30 replica of her ing from Nordstrom’s department store, which I wore to school’, she told the Sun on Sunday.
‘I also started to buy replicas of Kate’s clothing. I didn’t have much of a budget as I was still at school, so I would trawl eBay and Etsy for hats, court shoes and sheath dresses.
‘In March 2012 I began posting some of my outfits on Instagram, following the Repli-Kate community and religiously read blogs like ‘What Kate Wore’ for fashion inspiration,’ she added.
And revealing where her love of the royals comes from, Larsa pinned it on her anglophile father Raymond, 59.
‘He was a huge fan of the royal family’, she said, ‘and I was fascinated with his stories about the Queen and Prince Charles’.

Larsa studied law in Washington DC, after finishing a course in history and communications at Grand Canyon University, Arizona.
And her Instagram reveals how she avidly keeps up with Kate’s fashion looks.
In a post on her way to church, Larsa is seen in a Kate-inspired baby blue dress perfectly twinned with a brown handbag.
Kate most famously wore this look at Wimbledon this year, where she donned a £1,210 baby blue Emilia Wickstead gown with elegant capped sleeves, square neckline and flared skirt while joining Prince William to watch Novak Djokovic defeat Roger Federer.
And in 2018 the Duchess also wore a baby blue Alexander McQueen dress, teaming it with a Sean Barrett hat, while attending the RAF centenary service with Prince William.
In a post outside St Peter Cathedral in Glendale, Arizona, captioned ‘#replikate’ in December, Larsa snapped herself wearing a green coat, gold broach and brown hat inspired by Kate Middleton’s look at St Patrick’s Day in 2012.
Larsa posted this photo of herself in the £69.99 cream and black lace mini-dress from Zara, left, which the Duchess wore for a pop concert organised by Take That’s Gary Barlow in London eight years ago, right
The royal was pictured donning a belted green Emilia Wickstead dress, brown hat and gold clover brooch that belonged to the Queen Mother, as she enjoyed a parade in Aldershot, England about seven years ago.
And, in another copy-Kate snap, Larsa posted a picture of herself in a black and cream lace mini-dress from Zara.
It appears to be the same £69.99 frock that the Duchess wore for a pop concert organised by Take That’s Gary Barlow in London eight years ago.
And for a family event at Mountain Ridge High School the royal superfan also donned a black and white polkadot dress, which looked remarkably similar to Kate’s sell-out dress choice in 2015.
The Duchess wore a £50 Zara version, which rapidly sold out, while visiting a centre for struggling parents in Woolwich, south east London, where she announced she was expecting second child Charlotte.
