THE ARCHBISHOP of Wales Dr Barry Morgan said the Welsh farming industry has risen from the ashes of the foot-and-mouth outbreak and come out stronger, when he addressed his show-going “flock” with a sermon at the start of the Royal Welsh Show at Llanelwedd.
