Rural eastern Pa. post office suspending service (WFMJ Youngstown)

MONOCACY, Pa. (AP) – Eastern Pennsylvania is losing a rural post office next week, perhaps permanently. The U.S. Postal Service is suspending service Wednesday to the post office at Monocacy, population about 100.
