Rutherglen newsagent accused of overcharging for stamps

A RUTHERGLEN newsagent was this week facing a Royal Mail probe after over-charging for stamps. Customers at Yaqub’s, in Wallace Street, were asked to cough up a 3p DELIVERY CHARGE on top of each stamp’s face value.
