Church secretary accused of exposing himself told by judge he’s ‘excluded’ from coastal town

Samuel Houston’s case has sent shockwaves through Portstewart

A postmaster and church secretary accused of exposing himself on Portstewart’s promenade has signed his business over.

District Judge Peter King told Samuel Houston that now he is no longer the local postmaster, he has no reason to be in the coastal town “he is excluded from Portstewart.”
