School run delays in Chippenham as emergency services attend crash

Emergency services are attending a crash in Chippenham this afternoon (Tuesday).

The road traffic collision happened near Lidl in Hungerdown Lane at around 2.15pm.

Two vehicles, a Royal Mail van and a grey Vauxhall Corsa, were involved.

Several police units were called to the scene alongside a fire crew. Nobody sustained any serious injuries, but one casualty reported having neck pain.

The road is partially blocked by the incident, but is likely to be free flowing again by 4pm.
