Schumer wants post office named for Officer Daryl Pierson
Rochester Democrat and Chronicle U.S. Sen. Charles Schumer said Monday he will ask that the East Rochester post office be named for slain Rochester police officer Daryl R. Pierson, saying it would be a "noble and honorable thing" to accomplish. "He was a hero every day of his life. |
