Scurri said it processed 180 million shipments through its delivery management platform in 2025, up from 154 million a year earlier, as the company reported a higher total shipment value and expanded its carrier network.
The company said that total shipments processed through the platform amounted to €19.2 billion in Gross Merchandise Value in 2025. It reported €16.5 billion in 2024. Scurri described this as a year-on-year increase of 17%.
Scurri said November marked the highest monthly shipment volume in its history. The company linked the performance to peak eCommerce trading periods and increased use of its tools by online retailers.
Scurri also reported that it ended the year with an average annual run rate exceeding 200 million shipments and €20 billion in GMV. It framed those figures as a baseline going into 2026.
Product updates
The company said it launched new reporting dashboards during the year. It also pointed to enhanced operational functionality and the addition of new domestic and international carrier services.
Scurri said it added 159 new carrier services in 2025. The company said the expansion increased the range of delivery options available to retailers on its platform.
The business sells delivery management software and tools used after checkout, including parcel tracking services. Scurri markets products under names including Scurri Connect and Scurri Track Plus.
Customer base
Scurri said it signed several new clients across its suite of solutions in 2025. It named Bella and Duke, The Select Group, Sweatband.com, Oushk Pharmacy, and Open24seven.
The company already counts eCommerce merchants, including Biscuiteers, Gousto, The Perfume Shop and Bulk Powders, among its customers. It also integrates with delivery partners including UPS, Royal Mail, An Post, HIVED, DHL, TNT, DPD, Yodel and Evri, according to the company.
Performance metrics
Scurri reported a 97% customer satisfaction score and 99.998% platform uptime. The company presented the figures as indicators of service reliability at higher shipment volumes.
“2025 was a defining year for Scurri. Our focus on innovation, operational excellence and customer partnership enabled us to support retailers’ delivery experience, through their most demanding peak trading periods, while delivering superior post-purchase experiences for shoppers. With record shipment volumes and GMV now flowing through our platform, we’re helping brands enhance customer delivery experience while also optimising cost-to-serve, a combination that has never been more critical in eCommerce,” said Rory O’Connor, Founder and CEO, Scurri.
Funding background
Scurri described itself as an Irish company. It said it has raised €15.3 million to date. The company also referenced a €9 million investment in 2021, which it said related to growth in European markets.
The company operates offices in London. It attributed earlier growth to higher levels of online shopping in the UK and Ireland.
Looking ahead, O’Connor said the business will prioritise retailer control, insight and delivery choice during 2026.
“As we look into 2026, our focus continues to be giving retailers greater control, clearer insight and more delivery choice, all while elevating their customer delivery experience beyond checkout. With our platform now operating across 200 million shipments on an annualised basis, we are exceptionally well positioned for the next phase of our growth and to continue supporting the eCommerce sector as a trusted customer delivery experience partner.” concluded O’Connor.
