Second man sentenced in $190,000 post office scheme (The Cleveland Plain Dealer)

A Cleveland Heights man was sentenced to 21 months in prison in federal court Tuesday after pleading guilty to cheating the U.S, Postal Service of about $190,000 for work that was never done on post office vehicles.
