Bureau of Immigration (BI) Commissioner Siegfred Mison said yesterday key officials will now use security stamps to simplify and speed up the release of documents sought by foreign and local travelers. Mison said with the use of security stamps, the validity and authenticity of the document is ensured. The stamps identify the signatory and protects him from identity theft.
