Segro Delivers Parcelforce Double Letting in Tottenham

Segro has completed two leasing deals with Parcelforce Worldwide, part of Royal Mail, at its recently completed Segro Park Tottenham in north London.
 
The parcel delivery group will occupy over 75,000 square feet across two units on 15-year leases. The two buildings have newly installed sensor technology, which will enable it to have real-time building information on utilities usage and air quality.
