S.F. victim of Oakland killings on porch identified
San Francisco Chronicle Kincaid was visiting Charles Stamps, 22, at Stamps' home on the 6100 block of Harmon Avenue when both were shot dead by at least one gunman about 8 pm Tuesday, police said.
