Shabana visits Royal Mail delivery office

Shabana has visited the Royal Mail Delivery and Mail Centre in Newtown.

As part of the visit, Shabana met the Royal Mail workers who sort and deliver post across Birmingham.

It is a particularly busy period as Christmas cards and gifts are circulating through the postal service.

Shabana thanked employees for their work and had a go at sorting mail destined for letterboxes across the city.
