Shell Montreal Refinery Has Potential Buyers, Committee Says

May 12 (Bloomberg) — Royal Dutch Shell Plc’s Montreal refinery has three potential buyers who have until June 1 to make offers for the plant, according to a group trying to halt the shutdown of the plant planned for September.
