Charlotte County Sheriff Bill Cameron made a routine traffic stop in Punta Gorda this morning on a grey SUV that ran a stop sign in front of him around 9:15 a.m. at Airport and Piper roads by the airport. Moments later, he heard a robbery and theft call at FedEx, 7569 Golf Course Blvd., Punta Gorda. Sheriff Cameron called and said he believed he had the two suspects in a grey Ford Escape.
