‘Shrill’ debate could threaten part-privatisation of Royal Mail (The Herald)

Lord Mandelson yesterday warned that the “shrill nature” of the opposition to the UK Government’s plans to part-privatise the Royal Mail could make it hard to find a partner to modernise the business.
