Shopping online offers convenience and low prices. But online stores create a breeding ground for fraud and identity theft. Investigators from online businesses, eBay and PayPal, assist in three arrests a day, totaling nearly 3,500 fraud and identity cases per month, said Rich LaMagna, eBay’s Online Safety Advisor.
