SNAIL MAIL: Customers locked out of new boxes

FRUSTRATION over Australia Post’s decision to close Warrnambool’s largest post office boiled over again yesterday when customers found their private mail box keys wouldn’t fit and the old mail receival chutes had been blocked off.
