David Reaney gives Southern Cross Dental’s update on the current coronavirus situation.

In light of the escalating situation with regard to COVID-19, Southern Cross Dental would like to assure you that every precaution is being taken to protect the health and well-being of our customers and our team.
With that in mind, we have implemented a variety of mechanisms to ensure the continuation of a full service, which is operating under our standard case turnaround times. These are as follows:
- Crown and bridgework – 10 working days*
- Removable prosthodontics – nine working days*
- Implants – 15 working days*.
*Turnaround times are calculated from the day that a case is received by Southern Cross Dental.
Furthermore, our associated courier companies – DPD, Fastway, Nightline, UPS and Royal Mail are also operating as normal to assist in the transportation of your patient cases.
Our team will remain on-hand to assist with your restorative requirements and will remain contactable through the usual support routes.
