A pairing from Holbeach United Services Club will represent Lincolnshire in the English Bowling Federation national finals next week.
Terry Crane and Sandra Hammond compete in the Senior Mixed Pairs at Skegness on Tuesday.
They won through at Lincoln after first seeing off Peter Schofield and Brenda Hornsby (Waltham Park) and then edging by John and Rena Markham (Shires) 21-19.
The Holbeach duo face Derbyshire pairing E Haddon-Holmes and B Ball at the Suncastle greens at 4.45pm.
As previously reported, two sets at Spalding clubs will also represent the county in the finals.
Spalding Town’s Wayne Phoenix, Adrian Field and Jordan Philpott are in the three-bowl rinks against Derbyshire on Tuesday at 2.15pm. A win would see them play either Durham or Norfolk in the next round.
Meanwhile, at 9.15am on Tuesday Royal Mail Cart players Paul and Ashley Caress and Martin Spencer start their campaign in the two-bowl rinks against Norfolk’s P Allard, J Hunter and P Webb. Victory would set up a second-round match against Northamptonshire representatives P Dalliday, S Law and T Morton.
