SRA Files Legal Claim Against Post Office

The Solicitors Regulation Authority has filed a claim against the Post Office at London’s High Court. 

According to a case listing, the SRA has filed a ‘part 8′ claim at London’s Business and Property Court in the Chancery Division. A person with knowledge of the case said that the purpose of the claim is to gain access to documents that have not been disclosed to the ongoing Horizon inquiry. A similar application was made in February 2022.
