Stamps & Coins: Postage increase makes for pricier nuptials (The Sacramento Bee)

On Monday, the rate for mailing a first-class letter went up to 44 cents from 42 cents. A lot of people gripe about this, even though the rate for mailing a letter in the United States is still low compared with other countries’ rates.
