Stamps ink RB Cornish to contract extension

Running back Jon Cornish signed a contract extension with the Calgary Stampeders, the team announced Thursday. Cornish, a New Westminster, B.C., native, led all CFL running backs by averaging 7.3 yards per rush with at least 50 carries last season.
