Stamps man arrested on charges of first degree murder
Texarkana Gazette David McClendon of Stamps, Ark. has been arrested on charges of first degree murder for the alleged shooting death of Ricardo R. Martin, 29, of Stamps. Martin was found unresponsive at a residence in Stamps, Ark. from a gunshot wound Friday afternoon. |
