Stamps man held in shooting death
Arkansas Online STAMPS — David McClendon of Stamps has been arrested on a charge of first-degree murder in the shooting death of Ricardo R. Martin of Stamps. Martin, 29, was found unresponsive from a gunshot wound Friday afternoon at a residence in Stamps. |
