Stamps sign free-agent kick returner Larry Taylor

On the eve of the Canadian Football League’s free-agent season, the Calgary Stampeders fired a pre-emptive strike by signing the league’s 2009 outstanding special teams player, Larry Taylor, to a free-agent contract.
