Stamps to honor black cinema (The Star-Ledger)

Lynn Whitfield, who portrayed Josephine Baker in the HBO film “The Josephine Baker Story,” along with Baker’s sons Jean- Claude and Jarry, will be on hand at 10 a.m. tomorrow at the Newark Museum to unveil one of five vin tage black-cinema-themed stamps issued by the U.S. Postal Service.
