Sue Howard wins Holiday Stamp-ede contest
Rockford Register Star ROCKFORD — Sue Howard of Rockford was announced as the winner of Shop Downtown's first Holiday Stamp-ede contest, which ran Nov. 17-24. Howard won $350 in downtown cash that she can spend at any of Shop Downtown's participating retailers. |
