A 12 hour downpour starting last night has led to flooding alerts for much of Scotland.

The Met Office issued a yellow weather warning for heavy rain and possible travel disruption.

Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA) issued a more severe ‘flood alert’ for parts of Tayside.
