Royal Tunbridge Wells, 18 August, 2008. – Synchronica plc (AIM: SYNC.LN), the international provider of mobile email and synchronization solutions, today announced that it is acquiring consumer mobile email specialist AxisMobile for USD 4.9 million in new Synchronica shares.
