TAKE IT OUTSIDE: No ticket to be issued in duck-stamp case
Rapid City Journal (blog) The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service enforcement folks have decided not to issue me a ticket for hunting ducks without a duck stamp. As you might recall, the state Game, Fish & Parks Department got tips on my brief-but-illegal duck hunt without a duck stamp. |
