The best GCSE present ideas you can order online

GCSE results day has arrived and millions of students across the country will be finding out the results of their exams.

Families and friends may not be able to celebrate with their loved ones as easily as previous years due to lockdown restrictions but there are ways to show how proud you are by using online gifts that deliver quickly.

From personalised cards to sweet treats, we have picked some great GCSE present ideas that can be sent online and will get there quickly.

Cards

It is possible to order a card today for next day delivery without a trip to the post office. Online card seller Moonpig says cards ordered before 7.30pm should get there the next day. You can also type out your message to personalise your GCSE congratulations. You can order them here.

Alternatively Funky Pigeon says it will do next day delivery for orders made before 4pm – but it depends on the Royal Mail First Class service to get there in time. You can order a card here.

Gift cards

The best thing about gift cards are that they can be sent via email, meaning the receiver can access the gift immediately after getting their GCSE results.

Amazon, one of the world’s biggest shopping sites does online gift cards and allows you to choose how much to put onto the card. You can get them here.

Or you can go for Love2Shop vouchers. These can be used in over 20,000 different high street stores and give you plenty of flexibility when it comes to deciding where to spend them.

Takeaways

Traditionally many families will celebrate the end of GCSEs with a trip to a local restaurant or pub. The likes of Nandos have offered free food for students who receive their results in the past.

However, due to the current situation with coronavirus many have not launched a free food offer this year. Luckily, there is a way to get free food at home that could fill the gap.

You can get £15 off any Domino’s order on GCSE results day using this online trick.

TopCashback says the deal is available for anybody who has never previously signed up to the site. New users can sign up here and follow the instructions to order a Domino’s pizza.

Once the order is done TopCashback will pay £15 in cashback within 14 days, taking £15 off any takeaway from Domino’s that costs over £15.

Chocolate hampers and cupcakes

For students with a sweet tooth who like to shop at independent outlets there is another option online.

Etsy is a marketplace where independent sellers and makers sell their goods and it has a vast GCSE celebration page with plenty of great gifts ranging from chocolate hampers, personalised cupcakes and handmade cards.

There are plenty of options to choose from and you will also be helping out smaller businesses in the process. You can take a look at Etsy’s GCSE section here.
