If you fancy boosting your income this Christmas then a temporary festive job may be just the thing.
There are plenty of companies looking for short term staff to boost their teams during some of the busiest days of the year.
New data shows there are more than 20,000 Christmas temporary jobs available in the UK right now.
A variety of roles are available at companies including Tesco, Sports Direct, Royal Mail and Superdrug.
Here are some of highest-earning jobs currently available –
Royal Mail, Truro; Christmas casuals; £8.21 per hour for day and £9.01 for night shifts

Part of the list has been compiled by job search engine Adzuna which has also found the following temp jobs but has not listed the wages.
