For many people, Christmas is the most wonderful time of the year.

It is normally a time when we get a chance to get together with our families, share presents, enjoy good food and fill our homes with Christmas decorations to brighten them up in these darker months.

Cities usually come to life with Christmas lights, markets and parades.

Of course this year, the coronavirus pandemic will mean Christmas is very different to normal for many people.

And while there is still some uncertainty about what Christmas will be like and what we can or can’t do, we’ve had a look in our archives to share some happy memories and hopefully offer some inspiration for the coming season.
