The Queen has told members of the Royal Family she is “far better”.
Her Majesty is reported to have instructed the Royal Family to attend Sandringham as per tradition this Christmas.
The Queen, who has faced health fears recently, has told them she is fit enough to host this festive season.

Her Majesty turned 95 earlier this year and has suffered a sprained back recently, meaning she pulled out of the COP26 global summit in Scotland.
The Queen also cancelled a planned trip to Northern Ireland, and missed Remembrance Day at the Cenotaph to boot.
A source told The Mirror: “The Queen has told everyone she is feeling far better of late and is very much looking forward to welcoming them for Christmas.
“Like many other families, this will be the first time Her Majesty can gather with her extended family after being kept apart for so long due to the coronavirus pandemic.”

The Queen has been carrying out light duties since then, following a difficult year which has seen her mourn the loss of husband Prince Philip after his death aged 99 in April.
The Queen went on to hold an audience with Prime Minister Boris Johnson by telephone on Wednesday evening.
On Tuesday, she knighted her top royal physician, Professor Sir Huw Thomas, during a personal investiture.
