The Royals are big fans of the visual arts and all have their preferences when it comes to sitting down in front of the television.
Prince William recently shared how he and Princess Kate are watching the eight-part Netflix series Black Doves, which stars Kiera Knightley.
While Meghan Markle previously revealed she used to watch reality show The Real Housewives in a conversation with Andy Cohen on her podcast.
King Charles and Queen Camilla both have very different television tastes. The King enjoyed BBC drama Poldark while Camilla is a super fan of turning off the TV and instead listening to Radio 4’s The Archers, though she enjoys watching Bridgerton and The Killing, too.
Prince Harry and Meghan are Jeopardy fans, a popular quiz show in America, and he has said in the past how they would watch it in bed together.
While, like many across the country, Queen Elizabeth was a fan of Antiques Roadshow and Pointless.

The Prince and Princess of Wales seem to be avid television fans and have watched a range of shows over the years.
Harry revealed in his book, Spare, how the couple were ‘religious’ viewers of Suits, a legal drama that Meghan previously starred in.
When he told them he was dating Meghan, who played Rachel Zane, he wrote how ‘their mouths fell open’ in shock.
Another Netflix favourite of the couple is Killing Eve, and William shared he watched the show when he opened BAFTAs’ venue in London and launched the Behind the Screens exhibition.
During the visit, he also gave a speech, and said: ‘I felt quite underdressed when stood in front of those Killing Eve costumes.’
The Prince and Princess also enjoy the popular drama series Game Of Thrones and even met one of the stars back in 2017.
They chatted to German actor Tom Wlaschiha, who played Jaqen H’ghar at an event in Berlin and quizzed him on spoilers.
‘They said they really liked Game Of Thrones and have watched every series,’ said Tom, 44. ‘They wanted spoilers but I said I couldn’t tell them. I’m surprised they have time to watch such a long-running series.’
The couple revealed their love of the show earlier that year when they told Radio 1 DJ Scott Mills that they loved watching the box sets and getting a takeaway curry.

During an episode of Meghan’s podcast, Archetypes, she chatted with American television host Andy Cohen about how she had been a fan of The Real Housewives.
She went on to add that she stopped watching the reality show when her own life became more ‘dramatic’. Some assumed this was a reference to her joining the Royal Family.
Andy asked: ‘I guess the million dollar question is, do you still watch the Housewives? This is what we’ve been dying to know.’
To which Meghan responded: ‘Well, I will tell you the truth. I stopped watching the Housewives when my life had its own level of drama.
‘That I stopped…’ Cohen finished her sentence, saying: ‘craving other people’s [drama]’.
Harry and Meghan also enjoy some shows together, including American quiz programme Jeopardy.
The Prince told James Corden’s The Late, Late Show in 2021: ‘Meg might cook a meal, we might order a takeaway, go upstairs, sit in bed, turn the TV on, watch some Jeopardy, maybe watch a little bit of Netflix.’

Queen Camilla
Earlier this year, Camilla revealed that she ‘watched a lot’ of the first series of Bridgerton when she attended the Chelsea Flower Show in London in May.
The period drama features passionate romance scenes which led to it being dubbed ‘Bonkerton’, while also including themes of luxury and high society.
Camilla toured a Bridgerton themed garden, designed by Holly Johnston.
The Queen is also said to have watched The Crown, according to the King’s former communications director.
Aside from period dramas, Camilla is a super fan of the longest running soap in the world, radio show The Archers.
She even invited actress June Spencer and her co-stars to Clarence House for a reception marking the show’s 70th anniversary in 2021.
When June Spencer passed away in November, Camilla paid her respects in a statement released on social media.

She said: ‘For over 70 years, June Spencer was a much-loved part of so many people’s lives, brilliantly combining in Peggy Woolley the roles of reassuring matriarch and “gangsta granny”.
‘She will be greatly missed and I send my heartfelt condolences to her family.’
Camilla is also a huge fan of Danish crime drama The Killing, and even visited the set near Copenhagen back in 2012.
The Mail reported at the time how Camilla admitted: ‘I’m an addict. I’m so excited by this.’
She had managed to squeeze in the visit during her eight-day tour of Scandinavia with Charles.
The Queen
The late Queen Elizabeth also found time to turn on the television and watch her favourite shows.
Daily Mail’s John McEntee previously wrote how she enjoyed quiz show Pointless and was fond of watching Antiques Road Show.

‘Her Majesty’s diary always stops for her afternoon cup of tea in her private sitting room and it’s now customary for Pointless to be on the television,’ a courtier previously revealed.
The King
Known for his love for the outdoors, Charles still seems to find time to settle in front of the television and watch a show.
During a visit to Cornwall in 2018, he paid a visit to Bookends bookshop in Fowey with Camilla and revealed he watches Poldark.
After spotting novels by Poldark writer Winston Graham, Charles told owners Ann and David Willmore: ‘What I can’t get over watching that Poldark stuff on the television is just how many he wrote.’
