The7stars bolster leadership with three senior promotions

Independent media agency The7stars has made a trio of senior promotions across its planning and activation functions, bolstering its leadership structure.

Michelle Sarpong (centre), previously commercial lead, has been promoted to head of activation, while Caroline Tucker (right) and Vicky Crouch-Marlow (left) have been elevated to joint heads of planning, in a newly created role designed to strengthen the agency’s strategic leadership.

As head of activation, Sarpong will now lead The7stars’ 150-strong activation team and will report into managing partners Rhys Williams and Rhiannon Murphy, following their own promotions earlier this year.

“I’m incredibly excited to step into this role at a time when the media landscape is evolving so rapidly. Our Activation team sits at the heart of that change—combining data, technology and smart media thinking to drive real impact for clients,” said Sarpong.

Reporting directly to founder Jenny Biggam, Tucker and Crouch-Marlow will co-lead the account planning teams, comprising 100 staff and working with more than 70 clients including Pizza Express and the Royal Mail.
