Brandi Wooten, 29, is married with two kids and works as a package tracer for FedEx. A hard shopper, she buys off-season and sale merchandise, but that doesn’t stop her from being “a fashionista,” she said. “I look for something girly because I’m very feminine, and colorful clothes because I like to mix and match my colors.”
