This week: B.B. King, charity events (Detroit Free Press)

Today marks the start of Michigan’s only fashion industry event, Detroit Fashion Week. Independent designers from across the United States will gather to present their seasonal lines to buy. Fashion week will last until Saturday. You can join in on afterparty festivities at the Douglas J. Aveda Institute in Royal Oak starting at 9 p.m.
