TRAFFIC ALERT: Tractor-trailer blocking 95 south near downtown Richmond (Richmond Times-Dispatch)

A FedEx tractor-trailer jackknifed on Interstate 95 near downtown Richmond, trapping the driver and blocking traffic. Only the left shoulder of I-95 southbound just past exit 80 is open, with the body of the trailer blocking all lanes. The wreck was reported just before 5 a.m. Check back here for updates.
