A traffic collision near the Lake Otis Post Office killed 71-year-old Peggy Boston of Anchorage on Dec. 7. At about 11:05 a silver Buick driven by Alan Boston of Anchorage was turning into the Lake Otis Post Office near Pago Pago St. while driving southbound on Lake Otis Parkway.
