Changes were made early Tuesday to downtown Cheboygan traffic. “The section of Water Street behind and alongside the U.S. Post Office — normally oneway — will be a two-way street until approximately mid-day Thursday,” said Kurt Jones, director of the Cheboygan Department of Public Safety.
