A burger joint in a plush Edinburgh neighbourhood has hit the market in search of new owners.
Earls Burger Co, located in the highly sought after area of Stockbridge on Raeburn Place, has been listed for a leasehold price of £10,000 and rent price of £19,750.
The unit is now available for someone looking to enter the hospitality industry. It comes after Earls Burgers closed the doors to its Morningside venue in July 2024.
Sad customers pointed out they spotted packing boxes at the business. Staff at Earls confirmed the sad closure. Simon, the general manager said: “Unfortunately we are closing the Morningside store. There have been a number of building issues and we have decided to concentrate on the Stockbridge store for now.”
The fast food joint specialises in American-style smash patty burgers from 100% Scottish beef and waffle fries.
The restaurant also serves ‘thick milkshakes’, chicken burgers and chicken tenders, with vegan and gluten-free options available.
