Tributes have been paid to a 23-year-old man who died after being hit by a lorry on the A30 near Exeter last Friday [6 March].

Hamish Culling died at the scene of the collision, by the slipway for the Airport, just before 2am.

The family said: “Hamish Culling was sadly taken from us in a tragic road traffic accident in the early hours of Friday morning. It is a huge loss from which his family will never recover.”

“He was known to lots of people and it is to the people who knew him well and loved him that the family ask to treasure him. Remembering all the precious memories that they have in their own way.”

The family have now asked to be left to grieve with the people who loved him most.

Any witnesses are asked to call police on 101, or email 101@dc.police.uk, with information quoting log number 41 of 6 March 2020.
