Tricksters strike at Post Office
The Northern Echo (registration) A SCAM alert has been issued after tricksters struck at a Post Office in the region. The con, known as “ringing the changes”, involved two women who spoke in broken English, who asked to withdraw a large amount of Euros using sterling to pay for them.
