Troopers: Orleans Correctional Facility employee stole cigarettes, postage stamps
News 10NBC State Police say they were called to investigate the possible theft of 173 packs of cigarettes and 50 postage stamps. We're told Annette Dorman, a Principal Store Click, was in charge of maintaining the cigarette inventory and signed false inventory forms. Orleans Co.
