MEMPHIS, TENN. – Tulane has played a solid first half in its Conference USA tournament opener against Marshall at the FedEx Forum. The Green Wave has gotten a decent mix of inside and outside scoring and solid production from its starters and reserves on its way to a 26-25 halftime lead.
