Two men have been assaulted outside Domino’s Pizza in Swindon’, police say. They have asked for witnesses to the incident to come forward.
The assault occurred in the early hours of Saturday (March 26), around 2am. It was in the High Street, Old Town Swindon.
They say that two men were set upon by a group of up to six people. One of the victims was knocked unconscious and was hospitalised.

Swindon Police said in a Facebook post: “We are appealing for witnesses to an assault which took place outside Domino’s Pizza in High Street, Old Town Swindon at about 2am this morning (26/03).
“Two men were punched and kicked by a group of possibly six people. One of those assaulted was knocked unconscious and had to be taken to hospital for treatment for his injuries.”
A Wiltshire Police spokesman said: “This was an appalling and sustained attack which left one of the victims requiring hospital treatment. If you were involved in any way, we would expect you to do the right thing and contact us immediately.
“This took place on a busy street and it is likely that numerous people will have seen what took place. We would like to hear from anyone who witnessed this incident or may have recorded footage.”
