TYNAN – Police believe some kids are continuing to vandalize a federal building in the small town of Tynan. Today marks the third time that the post office in Tynan has been attacked. The postmaster there believes it is kids who are throwing rocks at the windows. So far, the same two windows have been broken over and over again.
